Forest bathing is a Japanese form of therapy and is a walk in silence. The main focus is on mindfulness in connection with nature and your five senses.
Due to our hectic lives today, we are unfortunately far too rarely in touch with nature and our being.
Immersing ourselves in nature with its various sceneries helps us to slow down and arrive in the present moment, switching off our thoughts.
One by one, we will turn our attention to a meaning for a certain period of time.
Through exercises that I lead, you will concentrate fully on one thing and thus arrive more and more in the here and now.
The essence of nature provides relaxation and harmony.
The walk takes place in silence and also includes a guided sensory meditation inspired by Daniel Siegel.

Essential oils are the essence of nature.

We are living beings who live in and with nature. Through nature we can reconnect with our inner being, with our being.

Primitive peoples were connected to nature, lived in harmony with it, and were helped and guided by it.

In today's modern world we are very far from that. We are too much on the outside, in the fast pace of life. We have lost the connection, have forgotten how to sense intuitively, and do not take the time for patience and observation.

One way to get back into feeling, healing and connecting to yourself through nature is to use essential oils.

Essential oils are compounds of a plant that are produced, for example, from the flowers, roots, seeds or bark. This means that all of its active ingredients are contained in the small drops. They can support us on a physical, organic, mental and emotional level.

Through their gentle development we can train our mindfulness and also our intuition.

In my workshop we flow through a Yang Yin practice (active and passive) accompanied by two oils to intensify the properties of the hour on our system.

We will discuss our experience with the oils and get to know two more oils and their benefits and applications.

In a subsequent DIY you can make your own nourishing body oil with the essential oil mix of your choice.

The essential oils are from dōTERRA, a company that pays attention to fair conditions for people and nature.
