Yin yoga
Yin Yoga is a quiet, introspective practice. The asanas are held passively for 3-5 minutes, so you can reach your deeper fascial tissue and achieve intensive stretching. This class is based on observing your breath, your body and your thoughts. We train your mindfulness and activate your parasympathetic nervous system, the part of your nervous system that is responsible for relaxation.
