More than just asana - my yoga journey


A quiet awakening
My inner journey began slowly.
I only wanted to use yoga to strengthen and stretch my body, but practicing the asanas was the first step towards feeling myself.

A quiet transformation began, very gentle and yet so deep.
Movement became communication with my body, breath became a bridge between mind and soul.



For me, yoga is the art of recognizing and accepting yourself.
In the here & now.
It is an invitation to live life consciously and to meet yourself lovingly.




The path to change
Yoga was the gateway to my inner world.
My travels, where I was able to encounter other cultures, new perspectives and inspiring people, have touched, stimulated and changed me.
With every step I took, I faced my fears. I realized that change is triggered on the outside, but begins within myself.
I went into my inner self.
A journey into my past, to my inner child, my soul.
Who am I? How do I want to live?
I have found my answers - an intense journey of transformation.

Stress and healing
In our fast-paced world, stress and inner turmoil are omnipresent.
These everyday burdens lead to mental and physical complaints.There are often deeper causes behind this: old beliefs, false convictions and behavior patterns often accompany us throughout our lives and influence our thoughts, feelings and actions.

I know the feeling of getting lost in everyday life, of never really living in the now.
We have forgotten to listen to ourselves, to recognize our needs and to really look after ourselves.

But there are ways to integrate more awareness and I would like to accompany you on this journey.


With yoga, sound healing and forest bathing in combination with mindfulness, 

I will help you to reduce stress 

and discover new ways of transformation.

My services support you in calming your nervous system, releasing blockages and reconnecting with yourself.
I help you to develop new routines that will ensure long-term inner balance and resilience - both physically and mentally.
