In this 7-day retreat, I invite you to reconnect with your body and your mind.
You will learn what stress really is, how it affects your body and mind, and how to gently and sustainably guide yourself back into harmony.
In a safe and natural environment, your system is allowed to slowly unwind.
With awareness, self-care, and time.
Through yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and the power of nature, a space is created where you can:

I would recommend renting a car to ensure flexibility on the island.
Below is an example of what the retreat might look like for you.
After a personal video call, I will tailor the program specifically to your needs.
Day 1: Arrival; optional get-together and Yin Yoga
Day 2: Morning yoga, breakfast on the beach, excursion to Es Vedra—Time & Space sculpture, spiritual site, time for a deep conversation + meditation, the rest of the day for yourself
Day 3: Morning yoga, inner child work, sound healing, time for yourself
Day 4: Forest bathing at sunrise with mindfulness exercises and meditation, time for yourself, Yin Yoga in the evening
Day 5: Optional yoga-free day—massage, time for yourself, trip to the hippie market or the famous Namaste Party for dancing in the evening (relaxed open-air atmosphere)
Day 6: Morning yoga, sunset at a secret spot with meditation
Day 7: Conversation, time for yourself, Yin Yoga
Day 8: Departure
